Chris Cornelius B.Sc., Ph.D.
Chris Cornelius is an energy technologist whom has worked in many of the world’s major hydrocarbon provinces. A former Engineering Manager of NOWSCO Well Services Inc. and Technical Director of Evergreen Resources Inc, he is currently the CEO of Cuadrilla Resources Holding Ltd, a vertically integrated European unconventional resource exploration and production company he founded in 2007.
He has been directly involved in the exploration, drilling, completion and production of several thousand CBM, Shale, and TGS wells throughout N America, Europe, SE Asia and Australia. His interests include development strategies of unconventional reservoirs, advanced drilling and completion practices, coal forming environments, and low grade metamorphic mineralogy.
Chris gained a B.Sc. in geology from Manchester University and Ph.D. from Aston University, and is an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Earth and Ocean Sciences at the University of British Columbia.

Bloomberg: U.K. Shale Driller Cuadrilla Names Former BHP Executive as CEO15 Jun 2012 - Cuadrilla announced the appointment of former B.H.P. executive Francis Egan as Chief Executive of Cuadrilla Resources Ltd. Mark Miller will stay with the company as director of sub-company Cuadrilla Bowland Ltd.
